Although Cambridge based, we do operate over the Cambridgeshire area. Depending on your circumstances we can train you at home or in local parks. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
We use a range or kit and equipment to ensure that you reach your training goals, from powerbags and kettlebells, to pads and ropes. All tailored to your specific needs.
Its not all about equipment though. Body Resistance exercises will also be used to give you a complete workout to ensure you get Fitter - Faster - Stronger
When I started training with Ciaron I had a goal to run 10Km in under 50mins; at the start I was running it in 55mins, after 6 weeks of targeted training I achieved my goal and did it in just over 49mins. What surprised me was how varied the training was to get me to my goal; it was a mixture of speed work, strength training and only a few longer distance runs. Despite hitting my initial goal I am now working with Ciaron to achieve a new set of goals. For anyone undecided on personal training I would strongly recommend giving Ciarons sessions a go.
